In March 2004, Marisa took a two-week Hawaiian trip with her mother --
Marisa's fourth trip to the islands; mom's third. The purpose was primarily
sightseeing, rather than sunning -- mom hadn't been there in 20 years and
wanted to see all of the islands, but with more flexibility than a packaged
tour would have offered. We stayed on Maui, Hawai'i, Kaua'i, and O'ahu,
and also took a daytrip to Moloka'i.
The weather couldn't have been better, and the scenery and sunsets were
spectacular, as usual.
The pace of our trip is NOT what I would recommend for most people.
Nevertheless, I hope some of the information, reviews, observations, etc.,
will be helpful to others.
